Join us as we travel to the beautiful city of Lyon, France to study at the studio and gallery of Vincent Jeannerot, the worlds foremost botanical watercolorist. For three days we will enjoy Vincent's demonstration, lecture and the benefit of his critique of our paintings. We will stay in a large chateau in the French countryside.

THE WORKSHOP
Spend three days at the studio and gallery of world renowned botanical watercolorist, Vincent Jeannerot who will demonstrate his process of creating the delicate, subtle beauty of botanical watercolor painting from live flowers, fruits and vegetables. Each student will receive gentle guidance and critique from Vincent and will leave the workshop with at least one gorgeous painting.
THE CHATEAU
Imagine your stay in a beautiful historic chateau in the French countryside. Relax by the pool, take peaceful walks, enjoy shared meals with fellow artists and friends. Make the chateau your home away from home while you embark on daily tours of Lyon and the surrounding areas.

Lyon, the capital city in France’s Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, sits at the junction of the Rhône and Saône rivers. Its center reflects 2,000 years of history from the Roman Amphithéâtre des Trois Gaules, medieval and Renaissance architecture in Vieux (Old) Lyon, to the modern Confluence district on Presqu'île peninsula. For over thirty years, the original botanical watercolors of Vincent Jeannerot have been transmitting sensibility and emotion which he feels when he paints the tiny details or a delicate shadow. We are caught up by the beauty of the details portrayed in his paintings. Vincent paints the pure and natural beauty of life, with its balanced tones and shades, waking up our own emotions. Participating in national and international exhibitions and he is also teaching in his own gallery, located in Lyon (France) his native town and he is invited internationally to teach his botanical art, in countries such as Australia, Japan, New Zealand, Brazil, Russia and the United States.

*Non-painting guests of students are welcome. Non-painting guests are not required to pay the workshop fee and will be given a 10% discount on accommodations.

By enrolling in any visual arts workshop or class at The Conservatory for Classical Art, hereinafter, CCA, you hereby confirm that you understand and agree to our Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to our terms and conditions, please do not enroll in a workshop or class.
REGISTRATION FEE
To reserve a place in a CCA workshop or class, students must pay a non-refundable registration fee or deposit for international workshops. Final tuition is due on the date specified for workshops and classes. Students risk losing a place in a class or workshop if the tuition is not paid in full on the due date.
REFUNDS
Students who wish to cancel their registration in a workshop, atelier program or class must do so within a 48 hour period after enrollment in any course or class and must notify the CCA by phone or email. Deposits for international workshops are non-refundable, unless said international workshop is full with a waiting list. After the 48 hour period a refund request will only be honored if said class or workshop is full with a waiting list, minus a 20% administration fee. There are absolutely no refunds once a class or workshop enrollment period has started, under any circumstances.
If CCA cancels a class or workshop, a full refund will be made, minus the non-refundable registration fee of $25.
CCA reserves the right to take and use photographs of students and student artworks for the purpose of MCAS promotion and publicity. CCA is not responsible for any lost or stolen articles at any of the venues where classes or workshops are held. CCA does not accept responsibility for any student loss associated with unrecoverable travel costs and/or reservations.
