CLAIRE HOLLOWAY

INSTRUCTOR

A native of Oklahoma City, Claire Holloway began her education at the Oklahoma Academy of Classical Art during her sophomore year of high school. After five years of study with the founder, Leslie Lienau, Claire now teaches the Saturday atelier, focusing on teaching a methodical approach to mastering representational drawing and painting. Claire is also a senior BFA Studio Art major at the University of Oklahoma where her artistic emphasis is sculpting and painting wildlife. Claire has studied under multiple representational artists such as Greg Beecham, Edward Aldrich and Paul Moore. Through her paintings and sculptures, Claire aims to capture the essence of the animal or the pivotal moment of a scene.
